Government revolving funds

Some governments provide revolving funds where students borrow and pay the loans once they complete their studies. It’s worth finding out if as an international student you qualify to borrow from such funds.

Bursaries

Some governments and /or training institutions have bursaries for needy students. Information on bursaries will be provided under fees and funding.

Self-Sponsorship

Sources of funding include self-sponsorship from savings, personal loans, part time students’ jobs, family savings. proof of financial security from personal sources will guarantee you a study visa.

Scholarship

A scholarship may be full or partial. There are those which targets vulnerable or marginalized groups and will be given irrespective of academic achievements. Institution scholarships are available for continuing students and information about them is found in fees and funding information. Other types of scholarships are available to potential students subject to admission. Partial scholarship covers tuition only. So it’s important to have the money to support yourself in part.

Scholarships can depend on your home country and where exactly you’re planning to study, so it’s always a good idea to have in mind a country and some university options you’d like to choose. A number of organizations offer international scholarships.
