To get started, click on Apply Now and fill our Academy Scout Application Form. Comply with the requirements specified below to increase your chances of admission:
- Attach your passport photo,passport / National Identification Card, examination transcripts, and academic certifications to one PDF document and attach it to the “Application Documents” section of the form. Only a single PDF document is required.
- Fill in the application form with your complete details as guided on the form.
Upon successful completion and submission of the application form, your application will be subjected to the 4 assessment stages that the Academy Scout application process adheres to:
- Acknowledgment – You will receive an email confirming our receipt of your submission. Failure to obtain such an email, contact the Academy Scout Team immediately.
- Processing – If the submission is satisfactory, the application will be queued for processing within 24 hours of being submitted, here the attached documents are checked for correctness, completeness, and authenticity.
- Corrections - You will receive an email notification from our team in the event your information or attached documents require modifications or further details to improve your success rate of getting admission. An Academy Scout Agent will be assigned to you to help you correct the issues detected swiftly.
- Approval / Disapproval – An approval notification will be sent to you via email if you have successfully met all the requirements determined by the Academy Scout application process and that your application is ready to be facilitated for the admission stage. A disapproval notice will be dispatched via email if the information or attached documents do not meet the admission requirements stipulated under the Academy Scout application process.
